Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping
For orders within Australia, we offer standard shipping, which typically takes 7-14 business days.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination, usually taking 2 to 3 weeks.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
